Winnipeg Woman Arrested For Manslaughter

WINNIPEG, MB – A 28 year old Winnipeg woman has been arrested for manslaughter after a fatal stabbing at a house party.

On June 17, Winnipeg Police found 37 year old Marilyn Oshawee dead on the front porch of a home in the 500 block of Spence Street.

At the time, police made numerous arrests, but ended up releasing those detained without charges.

However, 28 year old Fenisha Peebles has now been arrested and charged with manslaughter.

She remains in custody.
