Winnipeg Police Service



The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 17-year-old female, Kayla Chartrand-Flett. Chartrand-Flett was last seen in the south end of the city on Friday, Aug. 29, 2014. She is known to frequent the North End and downtown areas of the city.

 Chartrand-Flett is described as Aboriginal in appearance, 5’6” tall, approximately 160 pounds, with long brown hair often worn to the side in a ponytail. She was last seen wearing blue jeans and a dark grey sweatshirt.

Investigators are concerned for Kayla’s wellbeing.

Anyone with information regarding Chartrand-Flett’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250.

UPDATE, Sept. 4, 2014: Kayla Chartrand-Flett has been safely located.
