Graphic Video: Manitoba Snowmobiler Hit By Semi

WINNIPEG, MB – Friday morning’s video of the day features a local video from the dash cam of a highway traveller offering assistance to a stranded motorist.

WARNING: What follows is a disturbing visual and the audible reaction to a serious accident that could have been prevented through many measures. The video contains coarse language and may not be suitable for all audiences.

This video – shot on Tuesday, March 7th on a stretch of the then closed Trans Canada Highway near Alexander, Manitoba – depicts the moment of impact where a semi-truck barrels through a group of folks providing assistance to a downed traveller.

By the hand of God, the snowmobiler, Bob Scott, survived the horrific accident. He was transported to hospital with a broken arm and leg, but is in good spirits considering how differently things could have gone.
