Revised Box Office Puts Hidden Figures At Top

HOLLYWOOD — Revised totals from the weekend box office put Hidden Figures at number one.

The space age biopic blasted past Star Wars, grossing $22.8-million in its first weekend in wide release.

Box office figures are estimates based on nightly reports from theatres.

Often, the final numbers change, but the order only shuffles in rare circumstances.

Rogue One fell to second in its fourth weekend with a haul of $22.1-million.

That puts its global revenue north of $477-million.

Underworld: Blood Wars stayed in fourth place, opening with $13.7-million.
