Mistrial In Bill Cosby Case

WINNIPEG, MB. — It’s a mistrial in the sexual assault case against Bill Cosby.

The judge declared the outcome Saturday after the jury failed to come to a decision.

Jurors deliberated for six straight days after hearing testimony from Andrea Constand.

She told court Cosby allegedly gave her some pills to help her relax and she was unable to ward off his advances.

At one point, she said she wanted it to stop.

The once beloved comedian never testified at the trial.

He walked out of court Saturday morning a free man.

Cosby always maintained his innocence.

The District Attorney says they may retry the comedian, however, they’re unlikely to explore that option right away.
