The West squad extended their winning streak to two games and the West now leads the all-time series by a 9-6 margin.
A National Committee of U SPORTS and CFL head coaches and scouts selected the players who were first nominated by their respective teams. All 27 U SPORTS football schools are represented each year in the East-West Bowl. The East-West Bowl is designed as a showcase for U SPORTS players who will be eligible for the 2018 Canadian Football League draft; the rosters have been complimented with players entering into their second, third and fifth years that have not yet been drafted.
