BRANDON, MB – Here are the latest Brandon Police Bulletins, for March 19, 2017.

Breach of Court Order

Saturday morning, police arrested a 32-year-old Brandon man at the Brandon Regional Health Centre. While the man was there for treatment, it was found that he had an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court. He was also in breach of a court order. He was released at the hospital on a promise to appear in court in April.

Breach of Court Order

Saturday night, police responded to a report of a disturbance in the west end of the city. Police found a 25-year-old Brandon woman who was drinking, despite being on a court order to abstain from alcohol. She was taken to the Brandon Correctional Centre and will appear for remand when sober.

Impaired Driving, Drive Over 80 mg%

Early this morning, police noticed a driver in the 1900 block of Victoria Avenue swerving on the road. The male driver was stopped and arrested for impaired driving. Both breath samples tested over the legal limit. The man was released on a promise to appear in court in March.
