Brandon Man Violates Curfew, Goes To Jail

BRANDON, MB — A 23-year-old Brandon man is facing charges after violating a probation order.

It happened early Tuesday morning around 3:30am.

Police found the accused with someone he was not supposed to have contact with.

He was also heavily intoxicated, so police threw him in the drunk tank at Brandon Correctional Centre to sober up.

The suspect is facing a charge of Breach of Probation.

He will be released on a promise to appear in court in February.
