Brandon Burn Begins Monday

BRANDON, MB – The City of Brandon will begin a controlled burn of Dutch Elm tree debris on Monday, March 20th.

The burn will take place in the area of Queen Elizabeth Park (200-26th Street).

The removal is done in accordance with rules set out by the Province.

Officials expect the burn to be completed Friday morning, March 24th.

All members of the public are asked to stay away from the area until the burn is finished.
