Trenton Burton Album Raises Funds for Mental Health

Winnipeg, MB – Trenton Burton’s new album, Six to Twenty-One, tells a powerful story of growing up with mental illness: terrifying thoughts, obsessive impulses, the fear that people will leave if they know, the realization that they stayed.

Burton started playing guitar at age 10 and later picked up trumpet. Now he blends synthesizers and atmospheric sounds with acoustic instruments to create a hazy, yet thoughtful musical world.

The album release show is at The Handsome Daughter on February 1, 2017. Burton will be joined by special guests Aniima.

All profits from the singles, the album, and the launch event will be donated to the Manitoba & Winnipeg chapter of the Canadian Mental Health Association. The album will be available for sale at Bandcamp and iTunes.
