Get ready to laugh during the Improv Festival

You’ll laugh until your sides hurt at the Winnipeg Improv Festival. Quick-thinking local comedians will match wits with funny man Kevin McDonald from Kids in the Hall, along with a variety of performers from across the US and Canada.

Prepare to be amazed at Kaila Mullady, the female beatbox world champion, or chair dance to North Coast, a hip-hop improv group from New York.

The festival runs from Sept 29 until Oct 3, and a full festival pass is $60. Tickets to individual shows can also be purchased.

The free opening show is at the King’s Head Pub on Tuesday, Sept 29. The remaining shows will be at the Gas Station Theatre in the heart of Osborne Village.
